Over the years, Ty has served as a city administrator, city manager, and utility general manager. In these roles, he has led teams, managed budgets, and overseen projects that directly impact residents’ daily lives. Whether reducing taxes during economic downturns, supporting economic development, or improving city operations, his goal has consistently been to leave each community better than he found it.
